1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Depthly.
2. Platform Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, solicitation fraud, and abusive behavior are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension. Sending invitations insincerely, ghosting repeatedly, or using the platform to deceive others violates these terms and will be reviewed by our steward team.
3. Invitations and Connections
Invitations are a sincere expression of interest. Sending invitations at high volume without genuine intent, or repeatedly sending invitations to people who have declined you, is a violation of these terms. Connection and match caps are enforced by the platform and may not be circumvented.
4. Readiness Assessment and Behavioral Data
When you join Depthly, you complete a readiness assessment. Your responses shape your experience and readiness phase. The platform also collects behavioral signals — including response rate, response time, and follow-through rate — to calculate a trust score used internally for platform safety and match quality. This data is not shared with other members. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Premium features, if offered, follow the billing terms shown at checkout and may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the stated policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Depthly provides the service as-is and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, match outcomes, or relationship success. We are not liable for the conduct of other members.
