What We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Profile data — your name, photo, bio, values prompts, and preference settings.
• Readiness assessment responses — answers to the onboarding assessment used to determine your readiness phase.
• Behavioral signals — response rate, average response time, and follow-through rate across your conversations. These are used to calculate your RRE trust score.
• Connection and relationship data — invitation history, relationship phase, promotion events, and the metadata of each Connection Space.
• Notification events — records of invitation acceptances, relationship promotions, and other in-app events that generate notifications.
• Conversation metadata — message timestamps and read receipts. Full message content is stored only as long as needed to deliver the service.
• Device and session information — used to deliver and secure your session.

How We Use Data

• To power matchmaking and surface compatible members in Discover.
• To calculate RRE trust scores for platform safety and match quality.
• To generate in-app notifications for key relationship events.
• To support steward review of flagged behavioral patterns.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Your RRE score and behavioral signals are never shown to other members. They are used internally only.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third-party service providers (e.g., database hosting, authentication) strictly to operate the platform. We will disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our members.

Your Controls

You can edit your profile data, manage visibility and discovery settings, and request full account deletion from your account settings. Deletion removes your profile, conversation history, and behavioral data within 30 days.
